DIY Couple Photo Shoot Props

I love wedding and engagement photo shoot props especially when they are personalized to the couple's character. So when it was our turn to get married i got to the table and crafted dozens of props. You probably won't end up using them all but having a variety of options will give your photographer plenty of room to work their magic.

Our theme was back-to-school so i made these cool cootie catchers and paper planes. All you need is paper , the more colorful the merrier!

For those that grew up too fast and forgot how to make them, these cootie catcher tutorial and paper plane tutorial will come in handy

Here are some of the pictures by our wedding photographer extraordinaire Joe Chedrawi !

Zebra Print and Hot Pink Christmas Wreath

Animal prints are reappearing guest stars on fashion runways but unless you're a Samantha Jones , it's almost impossible to wear a zebra print dress and pull it off!

So if you still want to make that ultimate fashion statement , go for a clutch , a pair of shoes or a DIY wreath. Yes, you read it right, Christmas can be fun!

Hope you like this project , had to leave my comfort zone but I loved it :)

DIY : Christmas Gift Tags

This Christmas, i'm campaigning against impersonal/mass produced sticker gift tags . Just say NO to the friendly store assistant who offers you one.

It's all in the paper you choose . Go for matte , vintage and recycled paper for a warm holiday effect and try to avoid using all that glitters and shines.

Happy Holidays!

Stick some paper to the other side to cover the back stitching and sign off the tag

DIY : Paper Tree Figurines

When I came across these cute paper trees by fellow blogger Kristina , it was love at first site and immediately took to my work station to make some for myself!

This project in particular reminded me of crafting at school, it was so easy and super fun

Cut the sheets into perfect circles then fold into cones

Then cut the design paper into leaf shapes and start sticking

DIY : White Christmas Decoration

It's that time of the year! Every DIY blogger's happy place is the heart warming Christmas season.

Where do i start? With almost 20 ideas on paper and another 50 in my head , i can only do so much in my tiny city apartment so i took it to fate and made a blind selection only to see that i chose my favorite ideas!   That's the magic of Christmas.

For my first post  : wonderland ornaments , warm lights and bows.

Hope you like them :)

There's so much more to come so keep visiting my blog
